Self-Service Wash

We do not offer refunds for self-service washes once the service has been completed. If you encounter an issue during your visit, please notify a staff member immediately so we can assist you on-site.

Self-wash sales are final and non-refundable. 

If you need to cancel a reservation (if applicable), please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Grooming

If you are unsatisfied with your dog’s grooming, please notify us on the same day of your appointment. We offer free corrections (within reason) if the concern is reported within 48 hours. After 48 hours, additional grooming may require a full re-bath and service fee.

Refunds are not provided for style-related concerns, as these can be addressed at your next appointment through clearer communication about your preferences.
