Communication with the Groomer

For the best grooming experience, please communicate directly with our groomer on the day of your dog’s appointment. We cannot accept instructions from dog walkers or sitters. Failure to speak with the groomer may affect the quality of service, and we cannot be held responsible.

Payment

All quoted prices are estimates. Final pricing depends on your pet’s temperament and coat condition, and additional charges may apply for issues such as matting, fleas, or behavioral difficulties. These may not be apparent until grooming begins, and prices may increase from the original estimate.

Credit cards are required to be held on file at the time of booking. The card on file will be charged upon completion of the service. Credit cards may also be charged for late cancellations or no-shows as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

The Pampered Pooch LLC reserves the right to refuse service at any time.


 
Gratuities

Gratuities (15–20% of the total service) are appreciated and can be paid directly to the groomer. Please arrange payment details in advance.


 

Cancellation Policy


We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in fees charged to the card on file:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled, and no-show fees will apply after this window.


 
Registration

All dogs must be registered through our online portal, including up-to-date vaccination records for Rabies, Bordetella, and DAPP. Failure to provide current records at check-in will result in forfeiture of the appointment and a no-show fee.


 
Hours of Operation

Our store operates Monday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on weekdays.
Staff are typically on-site 10–15 minutes before appointments.


 
Grooming Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with your dog’s grooming, please notify us on the same day. We offer free corrections (within reason) if reported within 48 hours. After 48 hours, additional grooming may require a full re-bath and service fee.
Refunds are not provided for style-related concerns; these can be taken care of at your next appointment through clearer communication.


 
Picking Up Your Dog

Dogs must be picked up promptly after grooming. Extended stays are not accommodated to ensure the safety and well-being of all pets.
An additional charge may apply if dogs remain more than 30 minutes after pick-up notification, unless otherwise agreed.


 
Account Registration

You must create an account and maintain a complete and current profile prior to checking in for your appointment to be eligible for services. By registering, you agree to:

(a) Provide accurate and current information.
(b) Keep vaccination records and credit card information up to date.
(c) Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
(d) Notify The Pampered Pooch LLC immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security related to your account.
(e) Be responsible for all activities under your account.
(f) Do not share your account, username, or password with any third party.
(g) Use the account only as permitted under these Terms of Service.


 
Liability

If your pet has a history of aggression or biting, The Pampered Pooch LLC reserves the right to refuse service.
Owners are liable for any medical expenses and damages that result from injuries caused by their pets.

The Pampered Pooch LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from the manufacturer-recommended usage of grooming products or from conditions caused by standard grooming processes. Please consult your veterinarian if your pet has known sensitivities.

We are also not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or the aggravation of those conditions, such as heart disease, arthritis, obesity, infections, or other health issues that may be affected by grooming.


 
Medical Release

If a medical emergency arises while your pet is receiving services, The Pampered Pooch LLC will immediately seek veterinary care at the closest available facility.
We will call ahead to confirm availability and notify you as soon as possible after securing treatment for your pet.
By accepting our terms, you authorize The Pampered Pooch LLC to use reasonable discretion in obtaining emergency veterinary care on your behalf, and you agree to be responsible for all related costs.


 
Self-Service Wash Terms of Use – The Pampered Pooch LLC
 
1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our self-service dog wash facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our facilities.


2. General Use of Facilities


Our self-service wash stations are available by walk-in, you do not need an appointment. Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

The Pampered Pooch LLC provides all necessary washing equipment (shampoo, conditioner, towels, blow dryer, etc.) as part of the service. Courtesy samples are provided occasionally, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for washing their pets. Staff are available for assistance if needed.
Grooming dogs in self-service tubs is not permitted due to the risk of plumbing issues caused by excess hair.


 

3. Health and Safety Guidelines


  • All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier when entering and exiting the facility.

  • Do not bring pets that are sick, aggressive, in heat, or have contagious skin conditions (e.g., fleas or ticks).

  • If your pet shows signs of aggression or stress, we may ask you to stop the wash for safety reasons.


 

4. Customer Responsibilities


You agree to take full responsibility for your pet’s behavior and safety during the wash.
You must clean up after your pet, rinse the washing area, and dispose of waste properly.
Any damage to property or equipment caused by misuse may result in additional charges.


 
5. Liability Waiver

Use of the self-service wash is at your own risk. The Pampered Pooch LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, or harm caused to your pet while using the facilities.
We are also not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your visit.


 
6. Payment

Payment for self-service washes must be made in full at the time of service.
Prices are posted in-store and online and are subject to change without prior notice.
Wash packages may include expiration dates, which are enforced at the discretion of The Pampered Pooch LLC.


 
7. Cancellations & Refunds

We do not offer refunds once a self-service wash has been completed.
If you encounter an issue during your visit, please notify staff immediately so we can assist.
Self-service wash sales are final and non-refundable. 


 
8. Damage to Property

Customers are responsible for any damage to the property or equipment caused by misuse or neglect. The Pampered Pooch LLC reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements as necessary.


 
9. Code of Conduct

All customers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while on the premises.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal and suspension of future services.


 
10. Modifications to Terms of Service

The Pampered Pooch LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our facilities constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
