CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and ours, and we schedule each appointment exclusively for your pet. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and maintain smooth scheduling, please review our cancellation policy below:
📅 Appointment Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill the spot with another client.
🚫 Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
No-shows (failing to arrive without notice) may be charged 50% of the scheduled service and will be required to pay a deposit when booking future appointments.
⏰ Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid overlapping with the next client’s appointment, and a late fee or rescheduling fee may apply.
🐶 Grooming & Bath Add-On Services:
All professional grooming, full-service baths, and add-ons (such as deshedding, nail trimming, teeth cleaning, etc.) fall under this same cancellation policy.
💳 Deposits (if applicable):
Some appointments, especially for large breeds or specialty grooming, may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied to your final balance but are forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency—we’ll do our best to work with you.
