We do 1:1 grooming. Your pooch has their experienced groomer's attention the whole time. Your pooch's safety and wellbeing is our #1 priority. We build strong relationships to create better groom experiences over time.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much time do I get to wash my dog?
There is no strict time limit, but most pups can be fully washed, dried, and ready to go in about 30 minutes.
The fee is $20 per self-serve bath, which covers one dog and includes the use of our premium shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes, blow dryers, and more.
If you need extra time, no problem — we encourage you to take the time your pup needs to feel comfortable and clean.
Can I wash multiple dogs at once?
Yes. You can wash multiple dogs, and the $20 self-service wash fee applies to each dog.
What should I bring for a self-service wash?
Nope – just you and your dog!
The shampoo and conditioner mix with water directly from the hose, and there’s a commercial-grade blow dryer available. We also provide aprons, towels for drying, and after-wash products. The brush provided is generic, so if you prefer a specific type, like a de-shedding brush or comb, we recommend bringing it with you.
Can I groom my dog in the self-service wash?
The self-service tubs are for bathing and drying only. Please leave haircuts to our professional groomers; scissors and clippers can clog the drains.
What’s included in a grooming package?
Bath Package: Bath, blow-dry, brush-out, and finishing spray.
Haircut Package: Bath Package care plus a full-body haircut, ear cleaning, nail filing, and paw pad and sanitary trim.
Add-on services may be available with a self-service wash, Bath Package, or Haircut Package. Ask our team about nail grinding, anal gland expression, and teeth brushing.
How much does it cost?
The self-service dog wash is $20 per dog. Optional add-on services are listed above.
Professional grooming prices depend on your dog’s size and coat condition. You’ll see a starting price when you book online; your groomer can confirm the final price after checking your dog’s coat at drop-off.
Do I need an appointment?
Self-service dog wash: Walk-ins are welcome during self-wash hours.
Professional grooming: Appointments are required. Book online or call 203-456-6813.
Nail trims: Call the shop the same day to ask about availability, or book online in advance.
What products do you use?
Self Wash: We provide hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner.
Grooming: Our groomers use a variety of hypoallergenic products based on what they think is best for your dog’s coat type. If you have specific needs, let your groomer know at check-in.
