We do not clip nails, we use a high-speed rotary tool to file\ and grind the nails to a smooth finish.

Puppy’s First Gentle Pamper Treatment
From 1 hour, (up to 1 year old) The service will include Introduction to salon equipment and sounds. A puppy’s first groom should begin at the age of 3 months old

Puppy's First Groom
A puppy’s first visit to the grooming salon shapes your four-legged furry kid’s perception of the grooming process. We ensure patience and take our time to make sure your puppy becomes acclimated to being gently handled. As well as introduced to grooming tools and sounds. It is important that your puppy’s experience is pleasant while being groomed for the first time. The initial grooming sessions will allow for an introduction to clippers and scissors. Puppies have short attention spans and tire easily, so play breaks help keep it positive and fun! The service will include:
Introduction to salon equipment and sounds
Bath blow dry
Light brush out
Nails Filed
Ear cleaning
All basic hygiene
Intro to the sound of scissors and clippers.
It is imperative to make this a fun and pleasant experience.

That we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We understand that an appointment can be overlooked, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. If you do not notify us within a 24-hour period, and or do not show up for your scheduled appointment a second time, you will be charged for 50% of the grooming fee. Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, we will not be able to accommodate your pet and you will need to reschedule. In addition, you will also be charged for 50% of the grooming fee. We do this to assure that our clients receive our undivided attention during their scheduled appointment.
